Scope of Work

The scope includes supply, installation, connection, configuration, testing, commissioning, and programming support of the Avolites Tiger Touch II Lighting Console for auditorium stage lighting control applications.

The work includes console placement, power connection, UPS checking, DMX output connection, RJ45/Art-Net network configuration, fixture patching, DMX addressing coordination, show file setup, cue programming support, playback fader setup, macro button configuration, effect programming, time code setup, and final testing with connected lighting fixtures.

The console shall be configured to control all compatible stage lighting fixtures, DMX devices, Art-Net nodes, and lighting control accessories as per approved lighting layout and Engineer-in-Charge instructions.

Quality & Safety Requirements

• Console shall be supplied as per approved model and technical specifications
• Touchscreen, playback faders, macro buttons, and control interface shall be tested
• DMX output ports and Art-Net network function shall be verified
• MIDI and time code functions shall be checked where applicable
• Built-in UPS backup shall be tested during commissioning
• Fixture library and patching functions shall be verified
• Visualiser and pre-programming functions shall be checked where required
• Console shall control connected fixtures accurately from programmed commands
• System shall be tested for dimming, colour, movement, effects, and playback operation
• Installation shall follow approved lighting control layout and EIC instructions
• Any deviation from approved specification shall not be accepted

Training & Warranty

Comprehensive onsite training shall be provided to the end user for console startup, fixture patching, DMX addressing, Art-Net configuration, cue programming, playback operation, macro programming, colour control, effects generation, time code usage, show file saving, backup, and basic troubleshooting.

The product shall be covered under the approved project warranty terms or minimum warranty period as required in the project specification.
